Featured Project: 42' Apache "Team Prime" Rebuild
We're currently rebuilding this legendary 42' Apache, originally known as the "Team Prime" boat. This classic hull previously ran triple 1200hp engines with M6 drives, capable of 125mph speeds.

The rebuild project began a decade ago when the hull was taken to McManus at Apache for initial modifications. The Apache team expertly cut the hull sides down approximately one foot for a lower profile and completely reworked the stringer and bulkhead layout. They added a center fuel tank, new transom knees, and a bracket system for outboard mounting.
The hull's construction is impressive - built with kevlar/carbon composites featuring solid laminate construction with no core in the main hull. The transom showcases incredible engineering with approximately 1" of solid laminate, 1-¾" wood core, and ¼" interior laminate. Hull sides measure about ½" solid laminate throughout.

Our work includes installing a vacuum-infused fiberglass/epoxy flat deck, custom liner, windshield receiver, dash, console, and six bucket seats arranged in three rows. The design incorporates storage hatches behind the seating compartments for coolers and gear, plus dedicated bilge access areas.
Upon completion, this rebuild will combine classic styling with modern performance and reliability.
